Are refunds available?

All ticket sales are final. If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to gift your ticket to a friend. Just let us know their name and any dietary requirements.

I have a dietary requirement — can this be catered for?

I can only come for part of the day — is that okay?

Yes, you’re still welcome to attend. Please note the full ticket price applies regardless of how long you stay.

Do I need to be at a certain stage in business?

This masterclass is built for women who’ve been in business a couple of years and want to break through a plateau or scale smarter.
But if you’re earlier in your journey and want to learn proven strategies from the start, you’ll still walk away with clarity and tools you can use right now.

Is this only for service-based businesses?

No. While many attendees run service businesses, everything we cover — pricing, profit, marketing, systems — works whether you sell services, products, or both.

Will I get 1:1 time with Nikki?

This is a group event, but there will be opportunities to ask questions throughout the day. VIP guests will also spend the evening before in an intimate dinner with Nikki.
